The depot is located less than two miles from Liverpool Lime Street station and less than one mile from Edge Hill or Wavertree Technology Park stations.

Buses run scheduled services from the city centre. The nearest bus stop is Edge Lane Laurel Road (stop GA) where you can find the number 7 bus that drops you a 5 min walk from the venue. Please check the bus company for timetable details.

The depot is located on Digital Way, five minutes from the city centre and a 10 min drive from the M62 (Manchester & Leeds) Postcode for satnav: L7 9NP

If you wish to park with us, you must pre-order it. Subject to availability. You can start parking up to 90 minutes before the performance time.

Personal Assistant Tickets (formally Carer tickets) can be booked over email or by phone.

Please let us know of any access requirements ahead of your arrival at the venue so we can best facilitate your visit to the venue.

To receive a reservation link to pay including any personal assistant tickets please send through the following information:

  1. Show you want to attend
  2. Location you want to attend the show in
  3. Date and time of performance
  4. Number of tickets including carer
  5. Email address for tickets
  6. Phone number should we need to contact you ahead of your visit
  7. Will you be attending the show via car or public transport?
  8. Access notes for the booking – Are you using a wheelchair? what size is it?, do you wish to transfer out of it? any information about your mobility issues or access requirements so that our staff can better assist you during your visit, please do feel free to send it through.

Wheelchair spaces are available in rows A/B which are on the flat, each performance can seat up to 9 wheelchair users accompanied by a companion.
